Tok

I know that you all are anxious to see more of Chicken, Alaska so I am including this photograph of the entire downtown.  This was our last look at the town as we were leaving this morning.

We were on the road at 9:00 AM on our way back to the Alaska Highway and Tok, Alaska a distance of less than 100 miles.  Our mission today is to remove some of the dirt from the Winnebago and Jeep.  But until then we get to enjoy the scenic views along the Taylor Highway.

The Village of Tok came into view at 11:00 AM and a half hour later we were busy hi-pressure washing the vehicles.  My next task was to replace a broken headlight and shop for replacement lenses for my broken fog lights.  I'll have to shop for the fog light lenses in Anchorage. 

Tomorrow we are going to visit Valdez, Alaska.
